I got into DMMd in dec of 2021 and hyperfixated so hard on it. Since I've first played I've replayed dmmd and rc 2 times, played re:code, listened to all the drama CDs watched all of the stage plays, watched the anime in sub and dub, read the manga, and I'm currently playing the fanlation that I failed to install the first time playing dmmd (￣ω￣)

Now getting to why I love DMMd and sorry in advance because I SUCK at putting my thoughts into words.
This was one of my first BL vns (aside from the garbadge itch.io games I played when I was like 12) but when I first booted up DMMd I had my eyes glued to the screen for almost 2 days. Everything about dmmd is just so apealing and all matches so well. Honyarara's such a genious for recommending chiral to use GOATBED because oh my god does it match so well with the cyber atheistic. Oh my god do I love goatbed. even the little sound effects when you press buttons make me happy.

In general the characters have so much depth and story. I've played DMMd about 3 times now and I just don't think I can get bored of it even if I know everything about it. I love the character deisigns too especially aoba I've drawn him so many times hes so fun to draw I love him and his stupid little jacket. Everything I just talked about all together just matches so well. I think thats one of my favorite things about dmmd.

I've grown out of dmmd a bit i'll still always love it... I honestly don't like the amount of newbies coming in from twitter and on. They're very annoying, they taint everything they touch it #gatekeeping .... It annoys me lol (I don't like to be that person to grow out of an intrest due to it becoming a new trend but argghhhh)

Aoba time aobas my fave hes my #1 chew toy for my brain I love blue hair and pronouns characters so much but he will always be THE blue hair'd and pronoun'd character, I dream of having as much aoba merch as I can I love him so much. look at him.
