A lunatic's stardew valley guide and mour

Welcome to my personal stardew "guide" and rambles! I'm sure theres other guides out there going over the same stuff but this is pretty much useful things that I've learned while playing stardew and over all how I play it. Stuff I want to remember for future plays, and my rambles.
My current world (which is also my first world) has almost 200 hours on it.
I do cheat and hack for fun but I'm party rockin so. I'm even working on a yaoi paddle mod that I will release sometime.

Hacking

I do hack in stardew which is another resason why some of this won't be useful to anyone else, I'm a proud cheater. Yes hacking may or may not ruin your own experience. Once I maxxed out my money I did get bored for a bit, but personally In I enjoy messing around with code, modding, and hacking just as much as playing the game.

How do I hack?

Stardew is a very very easy game to hack! I'll be going over how to get more money as an exaple but you can pretty much do anything. Mess around with the code it's fun.

  1. !!COPY YOUR SAVE FILE!! you CAN mess up your world on accident and it may become unplayable. Create a back up file of your world.

  2. You will need some type of code editor, I recommend Notepad++ this helps veiw the code easier.

  3. Open Run cmd (Windows + R) and enter %appdata%\StardewValley\Saves

  4. Open the folder with the name of world you would like to hack -> Double click on "SaveGameInfo" -> Open it with Notepad++

  5. Here is where you will change things. I'll be going over money because its the easiest but you can try to do other stuff.

    6. 5. In order to find what you want to change use key words with the text search (ctrl + F)

    Since we're changing the money you can either look up the amount of money you have or look up "money" Just keep in mind there can be duplicates and finding the right one can sometimes be a bit tricky.
    thats baiscally it you can do all sorts of stuff, have fun.

    I first use Desert Warp todem to get there straight away in the morning.
    Galexy Sword, Iranium pick, Bombs, Home Warp, Stairs, Energy Tonic, and Miners treat.
    1. Luck and Time
    Time is defently the biggest focus of all, do everything possible to be speedy. I like to use as many bombs as possible (use a lot of bombs) if youre stuck on a lvl use stairs. Also lucky days are the best!
    • Bombs to speed things up. All bombs can be bought from dwarf.
    • Jump in as many shafts as possible.
    3. Todems
    • Get a desert warp so you can warp there straight away in the morning.
    • Farm warp or Return scepter, this can let you stay in the mine until about 1:00AM and can also save you if you're being a noob.
    2. Gear
    • Have good/fast wepons, rings, and tools.
    • Food - My best choices: Life elixer or Energy Tonic for instant health. Miners treat for both + boosts.
    • Coffee for speed.
    • Stairs can help you if you're in a pickle or on a level for too long.

    Lunatic's Tatic 2: if you have 10 stacks of rocks to make 100 stairs I guess you could stair your way to the bottom...

    > Statues

    Box Statues! These ones are obtainable by placing spesific items in hidden boxes.

    Place a Duck Mayonnaise in the hidden metal box in the back room of the the Stardrop Saloon.

    Place a Strange Bun in the chest in Vincent's room
    ??HMTGF??
    Place a Super Cucumber in the brown box located in the fenced area by the Blacksmith.

    Random spawns! The fallowing statues and such only apear randomly on the farm.

    Stone Owl
    If you hear an owl hoot at night theres a possibilty that the Stone Owl has spawned.
